Fire Incident at Sangam India's Denim Division: Estimated Loss of Rs. 20-25 Crores

A fire incident occurred at Sangam India's Denim Division located at Village Billiya Kalan, Chittorgarh Road, Bhilwara on 6th March, 2025 around 1:30 PM. The incident is considered as a Material event in terms of provisions of the Regulations 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 as amended. Although the cause of the fire is yet to be ascertained, the estimated provisional loss is around Rs. 20 to 25 Crores. The company has adequate insurance coverage and the claim process has been initiated. The production and operations are being continued with outside plant and machinery, ensuring minimal disruption to overall operations. The company is taking necessary measures to restore the affected area as quickly as possible.
