Sanguine Media Ltd Closes Trading Window for Quarter and Year Ended March 31, 2026

Sanguine Media Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in the securities of the company by promoters, members of the promoter group, directors, KMPs, insiders, designated and connected persons and their immediate relatives. The closure is from Wednesday, April 07, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of its Financial Results for the Quarter and Year ended March 31, 2026. This is in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the company's 'Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading in Securities by Designated Persons'. All designated persons, including dependants and immediate relatives, are advised not to enter into any transaction involving the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window. The date of the Board Meeting in connection with publishing its Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026 will be announced in due course.
