Sanguine Media Ltd Independent Directors Review Performance in 2025-26 Meeting

Sanguine Media Ltd, in accordance with Regulation 25(3) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (LODR) Regulations, 2015 and Schedule IV of the Companies Act, 2013, held a separate meeting of the Independent Directors on March 20, 2026. The meeting, which commenced at 03:00 P.M. and concluded at 03:30 P.M., transacted the following business: a) Reviewed the performance of non-independent directors and the board of directors as a whole; b) Reviewed the performance of the chairperson of the listed entity, considering the views of executive directors and non-executive directors; c) Assessed the quality, quantity, and timeliness of flow of information between the management of the listed entity and the board of directors.
