Tandhan Industries Board Meeting on Aug 14 to Approve Q1 FY27 Results

Tandhan Industries Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will convene on August 14, 2026, to consider and approve the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The meeting will also review the Limited Review Reports from the statutory auditors. Concurrently, the company has confirmed that the trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives, which opened on July 1, 2026, will remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of these financial results, in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The company was formerly known as Sanmitra Commercial Limited.
