Tandhan Industries Limited Announces New Promoters and Board Appointments

Tandhan Industries Limited (Formerly known as Sanmitra Commercial Limited) announced that the Board of Directors has approved the appointment of new promoters following the successful completion of an open offer made by Ankit Jalan and Anuj Jalan. The new promoters are joined by six Person Acting In Concerts (PACs). The Board has also approved the appointment of new directors and officers, including Mr. Ankit Jalan as Chairman and Additional Managing Director, Ms. Prachi Jalan as Additional Whole-Time Director, Mr. Daivik Jalan as Additional Non-Independent Non-Executive Director, Ms. Pragati Goel, Mr. Giri Raj Parashar, Mr. Shivam Gupta as Additional Non-Executive Independent Directors, Mr. Pawan Kumar Agarwal as Chief Financial Officer, and Ms. Priti Priya Singh as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer. The Board has also taken on record the resignation of several directors and officers.
