Tandhan Industries Limited Announces New Promoters and Board Appointments

Tandhan Industries Limited (Formerly known as Sanmitra Commercial Limited) announced the induction of Ankit Jalan and Anuj Jalan as new promoters, following the successful completion of an open offer made by them along with other associates. The Board of Directors also approved the appointment of new directors and key management personnel, including Mr. Ankit Jalan as Chairman and Additional Managing Director, Ms. Prachi Jalan as Additional Whole-Time Director, Mr. Daivik Jalan as Additional Non-Independent Non-Executive Director, and several Independent Directors. The Board also took on record the resignation of several directors and key personnel. The new appointments and resignations are a part of the change in management pursuant to the completion of the open offer process in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.
