Sanofi Consumer Healthcare India Appoints PwC as Statutory Auditor

Sanofi Consumer Healthcare India Ltd announced the appointment of M/s. Price Waterhouse & Co Chartered Accountants LLP (PwC) as its new Statutory Auditors. This appointment, approved by shareholders at the 3rd Annual General Meeting held on June 26, 2026, fills a casual vacancy caused by the resignation of M/s. Kalyaniwalla & Mistry LLP. PwC will serve until the conclusion of the 3rd AGM and then for a subsequent term of five consecutive years, concluding at the 8th AGM in 2031.
