Sanofi Consumer Healthcare India Approves Final Dividend of Rs. 75 per Share for FY 2025

The Board of Directors of Sanofi Consumer Healthcare India Ltd approved a final dividend of Rs. 75 per equity share having a face value of Rs. 10 each for the Financial Year ended 31st December 2025. The Board also approved the Audited Standalone Financial Statements for the quarter and financial year ended 31st December 2025, and recommended the re-appointment of M/s. Kishore Bhatia & Associates as Cost Auditor for the Financial Year ending 31 December 2026.
