Sanofi India Ltd has received an order from the Assistant Commissioner of Income Tax, Mumbai, giving effect to a favorable appellate order from the Commissioner of Income Tax Appeal (CIT(A)). The order, received on August 11, 2026, vacates a demand of ₹72,71,510 related to proceedings under Section 201 of the Income-tax Act, 1961.
