Sanofi India Ltd has received an order from the State Tax Officer, Tiruvallur Assessment Circle, accepting the company's submissions and dropping a total tax demand of ₹1,06,78,760/- along with interest and penalty for FY 2022-23. The proceedings initiated under Section 73 of the TNGST/CGST Act, 2017, have concluded with no additional dues pending. The company stated there is no material impact on its financial, operational, or other activities.
