
Sansera Engineering Q1FY27 Revenue Surges 33% to ₹10,213 Mn
Sansera Engineering Limited announced its unaudited financial results for Q1FY27, reporting a highest-ever quarterly revenue of INR 10,213 million, a 33% year-on-year increase. The company achieved this growth despite geopolitical challenges and cost inflation, maintaining healthy EBITDA and PAT margins. An exceptional item of INR 169 million was recognized towards a litigation settlement, which is expected to be substantially covered by insurance. Excluding the post-tax impact of this exceptional cost, normalised PAT showed a 59% YoY growth. The company saw strong performance across segments, with significant growth in international business, non-auto segments, and the ADS business. Key appointments were also approved by the Board of Directors.
