Santosh Fine Fab Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will convene on August 11, 2026, at 4:30 PM IST. The primary agenda item is to consider and approve the un-audited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. In line with SEBI regulations, the company has also confirmed that the trading window for designated persons has been closed since July 1, 2026, and will remain so for 48 hours post-declaration of the financial results.
