
Sapphire Foods India Q3 FY26 Performance Improves, KFC Drives Revenue Growth
Sapphire Foods India Ltd reported improved profitability in Q3 FY26, led by KFC. The company's revenue grew by 7% YoY to ₹ 8112 Mn. KFC revenue increased by 11%, while Pizza Hut India revenue declined by 11%. The company added 27 KFC restaurants, 1 Pizza Hut in India, and 3 Pizza Hut in Sri Lanka, bringing the total restaurant count to 1028. Consolidated EBITDA grew by 5% YoY, but Consolidated Adj. EBITDA declined by 5% YoY. Consolidated Adj. PBT before exception declined by 3% YoY. Sapphire KFC SSSG was 1% for the quarter, and Rest. EBITDA margin was 18.8%. Sapphire Pizza Hut SSSG declined by 12%, and Rest. EBITDA was negative at 3.1%. The Sri Lanka business delivered a creditable double digit SSSG of 11% in LKR, but Rest. EBITDA dropped by 110 bps YoY due to increased minimum wage and Cyclone related costs.
