Saptarishi Agro Industries Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for Directors, Promoters, Promoter Groups, Designated Persons, Specified Connected Persons, and their immediate relatives. The closure is in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the company's Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading. The trading window will remain closed from Wednesday, April 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the announcement of the Financial Results of the Company for the 4th Quarter/ Financial year 2025-2026. The date of the Board Meeting for the declaration of Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2026, will be intimated in due course.
