Saptarishi Agro Industries Ltd has scheduled a Board of Directors meeting on February 12, 2026, to consider and approve the un-audited financial results for the third quarter and nine months ended on December 31, 2025. The meeting will also discuss progress on locating a food processing unit and appointing Ms. Khushboo Negi as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer. The trading window for designated and connected persons will be closed from January 1, 2026, till 48 hours after the public declaration of the financial results.
