SAR Auto Products Board Meeting on Aug 3 to Approve Q1 FY27 Results

SAR Auto Products Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will convene on August 3, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited standalone financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The meeting will be held at the company's registered office in Rajkot. Concurrently, the trading window for dealing in the company's equity shares will remain closed from July 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the financial results are declared, in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
