Saraswati Commercial Board Approves Q1 FY27 Unaudited Results

Saraswati Commercial India Ltd announced the outcome of its Board Meeting held on August 12, 2026. The board approved the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, along with the Limited Review Report. Additionally, the notice for the 43rd Annual General Meeting, scheduled for September 24, 2026, was approved.
