Saraswati Commercial India Ltd Board Approves Q1 FY27 Unaudited Results

Saraswati Commercial India Ltd announced that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on August 12, 2026, considered and approved the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The board also approved the notice for the 43rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for September 24, 2026, and the Directors' Report for the year ended March 31, 2026. Additionally, the re-appointment of Mr. Hetal Khalpada as Director and Mr. Vallabh Prasad Biyani as Non-Executive Independent Director were approved, subject to member approval.
