Saraswati Commercial India Ltd. to Acquire 2.59% Stake in Atlanta Electricals Ltd. for Rs. 150 Crore

Saraswati Commercial India Ltd. has applied for 1,989,395 equity shares of Atlanta Electricals Limited at Rs. 754 per share under the QIB segment of Atlanta Electricals Limited's Initial public Issue. The total application value is Rs. 1,50,00,03,830. The allotment of shares will be determined by Atlanta Electricals Limited on a pro-rata basis. The acquisition is expected to fall within related party transaction(s) and the total cost will exceed the threshold specified in Regulation 30(4)(i)(c)(2) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The acquisition is a financial investment by Saraswati Commercial India Ltd. Atlanta Electricals Limited is engaged in the manufacturing of power and special duty transformers. The IPO process is expected to be completed on or before 26th September, 2025.
