Saraswati Saree Depot Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will convene on Thursday, September 24, 2026, at 4:00 PM. The primary agenda for this meeting is to consider and potentially approve an interim dividend for the Financial Year 2026-27, along with fixing the record date for such a dividend.
