Saraswati Saree Depot Ltd: Board Approves Unaudited Q1 FY27 Results

Saraswati Saree Depot Ltd announced that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on August 14, 2026, approved the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The Board also approved the Board's report for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, and the notice for the 6th Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for September 18, 2026. Additionally, the company approved the appointment of PPC & Co, Chartered Accountants, as its new Statutory Auditors for a term of five years, succeeding M/s. Sanjay Vhanbatte & Co.
