Saraswati Saree Depot Ltd. Closes Trading Window for Insider Trading Regulations

Saraswati Saree Depot Ltd. has announced that the trading window for dealing in the equity shares of the company will be closed for all designated persons and their relatives, as defined in the code, from Wednesday, April 1, 2026 till the end of 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ending on March 31, 2026. This decision is in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the terms of 'Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders' of the company. The date of the Board Meeting in which results would be considered is yet to be intimated.
