Sarda Energy declares Q1 FY27 unaudited standalone & consolidated results

Sarda Energy & Minerals Ltd announced its unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the first quarter of FY27, ended June 30, 2026. The Board of Directors also approved seeking shareholder consent for raising funds up to ₹1,000 crore through debt instruments. Additionally, August 14, 2026, has been fixed as the record date for determining shareholders eligible for dividend payment for the financial year 2025-26. The results were reviewed by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board.
