Sarda Proteins Ltd Announces AGM Date and E-voting Details

Sarda Proteins Ltd announced that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on September 7, 2026, approved convening the Annual General Meeting (AGM) on September 30, 2026. The AGM will be held through Video Conferencing/Other Audio Visual Means. The Board also approved the Notice of AGM, closure of the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books from September 24 to September 30, 2026, and set September 23, 2026, as the cut-off date for e-voting. The remote e-voting period is scheduled from September 26 to September 29, 2026. Mr. Himansu Togadiya was appointed as the Scrutinizer, and arrangements were made with MUFG Intime India Private Limited for e-voting and video conferencing facilities.
