Saregama India Ltd, a renowned name in the Indian music industry, has announced the incorporation of a Wholly Owned Subsidiary named 'Saregama Performing Arts and Music Festivals L.L.C S.O.C' in Dubai Mainland, United Arab Emirates. The Certificate of Incorporation / Commercial License has been issued on 20th February, 2026. The new subsidiary will be engaged in the business of Performing Arts & Music Festivals, including Events Organizing & Managing, Musical Band, Laser & Light Shows, Artist Talent Contracting, Live Theatrical Show Production, Visual Arts Festivals. The company has invested AED 10,00,000 in the subsidiary, distributed into 1000 Shares, the value of each share being AED 1000.
