Sarla Performance Fibers Sets Record Date for FY26 Final Dividend

Sarla Performance Fibers Ltd. has announced July 22, 2026, as the Record Date/Cut-off Date. This date will determine the eligibility of shareholders to receive the final dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, if declared at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM). Additionally, this date will also be used to determine eligibility for e-voting at the AGM. The Annual General Meeting is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, July 29, 2026.
