Sarthak Metals Ltd. to Discuss Q3 and H1 Financial Results in Upcoming Board Meeting

Sarthak Metals Ltd. has informed the BSE that their Board of Directors will meet on 12th November, 2025 to discuss various agenda items. The key items include the consideration and approval of un-audited financial results for the quarter and half year ended on 30th September, 2025, re-appointment of Mr. Sunil Dutt Bhatt as an Independent Director for a second term of five years through postal ballot, and amendment of the Main Object clause of the Memorandum of Association subject to shareholder approval through postal ballot. The trading window will remain closed from 1st October, 2025 and will reopen 48 hours after the results are made public on 12th November, 2025.
