Sarthak Metals Submits Integrated Annual Report and AGM Notice

Sarthak Metals Ltd has submitted its Integrated Annual Report for the financial year 2025-26, along with the Notice of the Thirty-First Annual General Meeting (AGM). The AGM is scheduled for Tuesday, August 18, 2026, at 12:30 P.M. at Hotel Ashish International, Bhilai. The report highlights a return to growth in FY26, with the flagship cored wire business increasing volumes by 14% and revenue by 8% to ₹192 Crore. The welding consumables division achieved ₹16 Crore in its first full year. The company emphasizes its strategy of prioritizing profitability, strengthening customer engagement, and diversifying revenue streams, particularly through its flux cored wire business which secured RDSO approval from Indian Railways.
