Sarup Industries Board Notes Director Changes, Appoints Two New Directors

Sarup Industries Ltd held a Board of Directors meeting on September 5, 2026. The board noted that Mr. Rajinder Kumar Bhatia ceased to be an Independent Director upon completion of his 5-year tenure. Additionally, the resignation of Mr. Ajay Kumar Sharma as an Independent Director was accepted. The Nomination and Remuneration Committee approved the appointment of Mrs. Harnarinder Deep Kaur and Mr. Balwinder Khurana as Additional Independent Directors, effective immediately until the next Annual General Meeting.
