Sarup Industries Ltd. Appoints Mrs. Rajwinder Kaur as CFO and KMP

At the Board meeting held on 13th February 2026, Sarup Industries Ltd. approved the un-audited financial results for the quarter ended on 31st December 2025. The Board also took note of the resignation of Mr. Gagandeep from the post of CFO and KMP. Furthermore, the Board considered the appointment of Mrs. Rajwinder Kaur as the new CFO and KMP of the Company, effective from 13th February 2026. Mrs. Rajwinder Kaur is a Commerce graduate with over 15 years of experience in the finance sector, and her appointment is expected to contribute to the Company's sustainable business growth.
