Sarup Industries Ltd CFO Gagandeep Resigns, Rajwinder Kaur Appointed as Successor

In a recent board meeting held on 13th February 2026, Sarup Industries Ltd announced the resignation of their Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Mr. Gagandeep, effective from the same date due to personal reasons. The board has taken note of his resignation and has appointed Ms. Rajwinder Kaur as the new CFO and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the company. The board has also approved and taken on record the un-audited financial results of the company for the quarter ended on December 31, 2025.
