Sarvamangal Mercantile FY26 Net Profit Down 77% to ₹41.12 Lakhs

Sarvamangal Mercantile Company Ltd has released its annual report for FY 2025-26, announcing a significant decrease in financial performance. Total income for the year ended March 31, 2026, stood at ₹124.66 lakhs, a 50.65% drop from ₹252.60 lakhs in the previous fiscal year. Consequently, the net profit for FY 2025-26 plummeted by 76.92% to ₹41.12 lakhs, compared to ₹178.19 lakhs in FY 2024-25. The company's Board of Directors has decided not to recommend any dividend for FY 2025-26 to conserve resources. The Annual General Meeting (AGM) is scheduled for September 16, 2026, where the annual report will be presented to shareholders.
