Sarvottam Finvest Board Meeting Cancelled

Sarvottam Finvest Ltd has announced the cancellation of its Board Meeting, originally scheduled for November 9, 2026. The cancellation is due to the unavailability of the Chairman of the Audit Committee. Consequently, the Audit Committee meeting, which was to consider the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026, is also cancelled. The company will inform the stock exchanges in due course about the rescheduled date for the Board Meeting to approve these financial results.
