Sashwat Technocrats Limited has clarified that the escrow payment mechanism, as per SEBI regulations (circular number 2015SEBI/HO/DDHS/CIR/P/134/2019 dated November 13, 2019), is not applicable to the company. This is because Sashwat Technocrats has not issued or does not currently have any instruments or arrangements for which this mechanism is mandated under the relevant SEBI regulations. The company has requested this clarification be taken on record.
