Sasken Technologies Director Sunirmal Talukdar Ceases Office

Sasken Technologies Ltd announced that Mr. Sunirmal Talukdar, an Independent Director, has ceased to be a Director and committee member effective July 21, 2026, upon completion of his second term on July 20, 2026. The company expressed appreciation for his contributions. Consequent to his cessation, the Board of Directors reconstituted several committees, including the Stakeholders Relationship Committee, Risk Management Committee, and Corporate Social Responsibility Committee, by co-opting existing Independent Directors Ms. Meeta Malhotra and Mr. V. Suryanarayanan. Notably, Mr. V. Suryanarayanan has been designated as the Chairman of the Audit Committee, replacing Mr. Sunirmal Talukdar.
