Sastasundar Ventures' Material Subsidiary Sells Entire Stake in Associate Company for Rs. 9717.29 Lakhs

Sastasundar Ventures Ltd. has announced that its material subsidiary, Sastasundar Healthbuddy Limited, has entered into a Share Purchase Agreement (SPA) to sell its entire stake in Flipkart Health Limited to Flipkart Health Private Limited, Singapore. The transaction, valued at Rs. 9717.29 Lakhs, will result in Flipkart Health Limited ceasing to be an Associate of the Company. Sastasundar Healthbuddy Limited is the sole shareholder of Flipkart Health Limited, which contributed 29.93% to the consolidated Networth of the Company for the financial year ended 31st March, 2024. The net worth of Flipkart Health Limited for the financial year 31.03.2024 was negative Rs. (43,355.27) Lakhs as per the standalone financial statement. The SPA was executed on 28th October, 2024 and the total consideration will be received by Sastasundar Healthbuddy Limited.
