A Flex Invest acquires 1,00,000 Aeroflex shares, increases stake to 7.38%

A Flex Invest Private Limited, a member of the Promoter Group of Aeroflex Enterprises Limited, has acquired 1,00,000 equity shares of the company. The acquisition took place on June 17, 2026, through an open market transaction at a price of ₹113.30 per share. This transaction increased A Flex Invest's total holding to 83,47,500 equity shares, which now represents 7.38% of Aeroflex Enterprises Limited's issued and paid-up equity share capital. Prior to this acquisition, their holding stood at 82,47,500 shares, or 7.29%. The disclosure was made in compliance with Regulation 29(2) of the SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.
