A Flex Invest Private Limited, part of the promoter group of Aeroflex Enterprises Ltd, has acquired 1,50,000 equity shares through open market transactions between June 10-11, 2026. This acquisition increases their total shareholding to 80,57,500 equity shares, representing 7.13% of the company's issued and paid-up equity share capital. The shares were acquired at an average price of approximately Rs. 105.75 per share.
