Satia Industries: Recommends ₹0.40 Dividend for FY26

Satia Industries Ltd. has announced its audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. The Board of Directors, in its meeting held on May 23, 2026, approved the results and recommended a final dividend of ₹0.40 per share (40%) for the financial year, subject to shareholder approval.
