Satyam Silk Mills Limited has announced its 43rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on Wednesday, September 30, 2026, at its registered office. The meeting will focus on adopting the audited financial statements for the fiscal year 2025-26, along with the reports of the Board of Directors and the Auditor. Additionally, members will vote on the re-appointment of Ms. Deepa Bhavsar as a Director retiring by rotation and the appointment of M/s. A.R.
