Saurashtra Cement Ltd has received a partly favorable appellate order from the Commissioner of Income Tax (Appeals), NFAC, dated July 10, 2026. The order pertains to assessment year 2020-21. While the company has been granted partial relief, it plans to file a second appeal before the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal, Rajkot, against the order.
