Mantra Capital Allots 30 Lakh Equity Shares on Warrant Conversion

Mantra Capital Ltd has approved the conversion of 30,00,000 warrants into 30,00,000 equity shares of face value ₹10 each. This conversion follows the receipt of the balance consideration of ₹10 per warrant, aggregating to ₹3,00,00,000 (₹3 Crore). The shares have been allotted to Mrs. Deepa Kishor Tracy, the Promoter and Managing Director of the company. This allotment is part of a larger preferential issue of 45,00,000 warrants, initially approved by the board and shareholders in February 2026, with an issue price of ₹20 per warrant.
