Magnus Steel: Trading Window Closed for Q2/H1 FY27 Results

Magnus Steel and Infra Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for all Designated/Connected Persons. The window will be closed from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026. This action is in accordance with the Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The date for the Board Meeting to consider these results will be communicated separately.
