The window will now be closed from July 1, 2026, to August 1, 2026, for all directors, designated persons, connected persons, employees, and their immediate relatives. This closure is in relation to the approval and declaration of financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The trading window will reopen 48 hours after the Board meeting scheduled for July 30, 2026.
