Saven Technologies to hold 33rd AGM on Sep 24, 2026

Saven Technologies Ltd has announced its 33rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on September 24, 2026, at 4:00 PM IST through video conferencing (VC) and other audio-visual means (OAVM). The meeting will transact ordinary business, including the adoption of audited financial statements for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2026, confirmation of an interim dividend of ₹1.50 per equity share paid during FY 2025-26, and the re-appointment of Mr. Rajagopal Ravi as a director retiring by rotation. The AGM will be conducted in compliance with SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and various MCA circulars permitting virtual meetings.
