Savera Industries Ltd Closes Trading Window for FY 2025-2026

Savera Industries Ltd. has announced the closure of its trading window for the year ending March 31, 2026, in accordance with the Code of Conduct (Insider Trading) under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The trading window will remain closed from April 1, 2026, till 48 hours after the audited financial results for the year ended March 31, 2026, are published. The date of the Board meeting to approve the audited financial results will be informed in due course. Connected and designated persons are advised not to trade in the securities of the company during this period.
