Sayaji Hotels Ltd has announced the waive-off of a corporate guarantee amounting to ₹50,00,00,000/- (₹50 Crores) furnished in favor of Axis Bank Limited on behalf of Vicon Imperial (I) Private Limited. This confirmation was received from Axis Bank Limited on October 26, 2026. This development follows a previous intimation made on June 25, 2026, regarding the initial furnishing of the guarantee. The waive-off effectively removes the contingent liability associated with this guarantee for Sayaji Hotels Ltd.
