Sayaji Hotels Appoints DMJ & Partners as Secretarial Auditor for 5 Years

Sayaji Hotels (Indore) Ltd announced the appointment of M/s. DMJ & Partners, Company Secretaries, as its Secretarial Auditors. This decision was approved by the Board of Directors on July 28, 2026, based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee. The appointment is for a term of five consecutive years, commencing from the conclusion of the 8th Annual General Meeting (AGM) until the conclusion of the 13th AGM, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming AGM.
