Century 21 Officespace Sells 0.27% Stake in Sayaji Hotels

Century 21 Officespace Private Limited has disclosed a disposal of 8,163 equity shares, representing 0.27% of the total share capital, in Sayaji Hotels (Indore) Limited. The transaction was executed via the open market. Following this sale, Century 21 Officespace's shareholding in Sayaji Hotels has reduced from 30.34% to 30.07%. The total equity share capital of Sayaji Hotels remains unchanged at Rs. 3,04,66,050, comprising 30,46,605 equity shares of Rs. 10 each.
