Sanya Dhanani Sells 0.77% Stake in Sayaji Hotels

Ms. Sanya Dhanani, a promoter of Sayaji Hotels (Indore) Limited, has sold 23,399 equity shares, representing 0.77% of the total equity share capital. The sale was conducted on the open market. Following this transaction, Ms. Dhanani's shareholding in the company has reduced from 4.16% to 3.39%. The total equity share capital of the company remains INR 3,04,66,050, divided into 30,46,605 equity shares of INR 10 each.
